Today, it is crucial to get quickly organized in order to collaborate between staff and various players in a project. You have to be able to set up and run meetings, as well as videoconference sessions for quick and effective information sharing. With Teams this task is no longer exclusive to administrative assistants, anyone can set up meetings online.

Pedagogical Means and Methods:

  • The session takes place in a remote virtual classroom
  • The trainer runs a live sessio where the participants may interact directly and ask questions.

The Main Objectives of the Training Session:

  • Find out the capabilities of meetings in Teams along with the multiple benefits
  • Use Teams to centralize all meetings and content

Training Session Content:

  • Schedule a meeting
  • Instant meeting
  • Join a meeting
  • During a meeting
  • Teams add-in
00:00:12
Welcome everyone to this training session
00:00:14
on how to run effective meetings on Teams.
00:00:20
So, of course, before we begin, we have some recommendation.
00:00:24
So, turn off the call waiting.
00:00:26
Or else, the hold music could be heard by all participants.
00:00:29
Put your phone in mute mode, via the Mute Mic button and,
00:00:34
of course, keep your screen active at all times.
00:00:38
If you do not touch your PC for a long time,
00:00:40
it goes on standby mode
00:00:42
and then you'll be automatically disconnected from the session.
00:00:46
So today, we have 45 minutes to see different things.
00:00:49
To begin with, we'll see how to schedule a meeting.
00:00:53
Then we'll see about the Instant meeting, how to Join a meeting,
00:00:58
what can we do during a meeting and then the Teams add-in.
00:01:03
The objectives today are to learn different ways to create meetings
00:01:07
and how to run the most effective meetings
00:01:09
by using all the tools available.
00:01:12
So, I'm going to put Teams on the screen...
00:01:17
Right here. So, we are on Teams, we have the little tab on the left.
00:01:22
Our different teams are right here, and of course,
00:01:24
the view window is on the right.
00:01:28
So, first thing you want to do is go in the Meeting tab on the left.
00:01:34
In the Meeting tab, I will find right here
00:01:37
my different schedule for the day.
00:01:40
As you can see, I have different meetings right here,
00:01:43
but on the top right I can change the view right here.
00:01:47
I can put it on the agenda view, so I have, as you can see today,
00:01:53
tomorrow, Wednesday, etc.
00:01:55
And if I go back and then I click on it, I have the day view,
00:01:59
which we already saw previously.
00:02:03
On the right, I have the possibility to Accept or Decline
00:02:08
different meetings.
00:02:10
As you can see right here, I can Accept it.
00:02:14
Put a Tentative,
00:02:16
maybe I would be here or maybe not and I can decline it.
00:02:21
Of course, Tentative is when I'm not sure about my different schedules,
00:02:24
so I have to check beforehand and then I put tentative in case of,
00:02:30
and after it, well, I click on Accept to say that I am available,
00:02:34
or not, if I click on Decline.
00:02:37
Also right here, you'll see all of the different information
00:02:41
about the meeting.
00:02:42
Of course, right here, we do not have a lot of information,
00:02:45
but you will be able to find the phone number,
00:02:51
maybe there is a specific link and more information,
00:02:54
maybe if you had to bring some things, or location, etc.
00:02:59
So now, we are going to click on the bottom left
00:03:03
on Schedule a Meeting.
00:03:08
On Schedule a Meeting, we'll have many more possibilities.
00:03:11
So to begin with, you have the title.
00:03:13
So let's say, simple Team Meeting.
00:03:18
Then the location, here we will be online on Teams.
00:03:23
So, we're just going to leave Microsoft Teams Meeting,
00:03:28
or maybe it's in another place.
00:03:33
So, I can put, for example, Room 104.
00:03:39
Then I will have to choose the date of this meeting.
00:03:44
So let's say tomorrow and then at what time, say 4 p.m.
00:03:49
until 5 p.m.
00:03:51
Of course, I have the Scheduling Assistant.
00:03:54
Scheduling assistant, if I invite some people,
00:03:58
so let's add Steven, for example.
00:04:02
I can see Steven is scheduled.
00:04:06
And so right here, he has no problem with the specific schedule,
00:04:12
but if he has problems, as you can see right here,
00:04:16
we have different blocks that show there is something at this moment.
00:04:23
I can Go Back, I can Close it or I can Schedule the Meeting.
00:04:28
Let's go back.
00:04:30
Then right here, I can add the details about this meeting.
00:04:35
Do not forget about Project Alpha.
00:04:43
Once again, on the right, I can invite some people.
00:04:47
So if I write some name, for example, as you can see Paul.
00:04:52
And on the top right, I can select a channel to meet him.
00:04:57
So as I said before, we can do an online meeting
00:05:01
directly on Teams, but I can select a specific channel
00:05:05
in which we'll store the different documents,
00:05:07
different information, etc.
00:05:11
So I just have to click on it, I have my different Teams right here.
00:05:16
Let's go on Alpha Project,
00:05:18
and right here we have Alpha 1 and if I choose Alpha 1,
00:05:23
as you can see now, we have the channel right here.
00:05:27
But Steven was right here and not anymore.
00:05:30
It's because we have selected a specific channel,
00:05:34
which means that maybe Steven is not part of this channel.
00:05:38
So we have to invite him back.
00:05:41
This is Steven, and as you can see, Steven is not a member of this channel.
00:05:45
So I can't invite him because it's a private channel.
00:05:50
But as you can see, Laurent and Philippe are members,
00:05:53
so I can invite them, if I want to, of course.
00:05:58
Right here.
00:06:01
So, whenever I want, I can just click on Schedule
00:06:11
and now I will be automatically back.
00:06:13
As you can see on the top, Alpha Project, Alpha 1.
00:06:17
And on the bottom right here, I have Amaury,
00:06:20
which is my demonstration account
00:06:23
with little details, don’t forget about Project Alpha
00:06:27
and the meeting, Team Meeting I added just before.
00:06:31
And if I want to, of course, I can put some Likes,
00:06:35
I can Save this message, and also, I can edit it
00:06:39
because I am the author.
00:06:42
Under it, we have Reply.
00:06:44
As on any Team current session, I can just add replies to it.
00:06:53
We have the same functionalities and options
00:06:55
that they normally have on any Teams conversation.
00:07:01
So now if I want, I can click on Team Meeting right here
00:07:07
and I will find back all of the different information.
00:07:11
I can join this meeting, I can chat with the participants,
00:07:15
but I'm already on the good channel so it will only bring me back to it.
00:07:20
I can Cancel it, because I'm the organiser,
00:07:23
add little details, and, of course, right here we have the link,
00:07:26
the link to access this Team Meeting.
00:07:29
And on the right, I have the different attendees and, of course,
00:07:32
the Alpha Project, which is the name of the team,
00:07:35
is also in attendees because everybody in the Alpha Project channel
00:07:40
can access my meeting.
00:07:46
I can edit on the right if I want, but I can also close it.
00:07:53
So now we also have, if I put Outlook on the screen,
00:08:00
the option to create Teams meeting directly on to Outlook.
00:08:10
So I just have to click, as you can see on the top,
00:08:13
new Teams meeting,
00:08:20
just have to wait a few seconds for it to open.
00:08:27
As you can see, I have a little link directly into my meeting message
00:08:35
So as you can see, I can join the Microsoft Teams meeting right here
00:08:38
by clicking on it, and, of course, when I send this message,
00:08:43
each of my attendees will receive it with a little link,
00:08:46
and if they click on the link, they will be directed into my meeting.
00:08:54
And if I create any meeting on Outlook, which I will do right here,
00:09:04
let's call it Test Teams,
00:09:09
Save and Close.
00:09:12
If I go back on Teams on the meeting tab,
00:09:20
then I guess, on Thursday,
00:09:23
as you can see, we have Test Teams right here.
00:09:27
And of course, it's the Outlook meeting that I've just created.
00:09:35
And as a Team Meeting tomorrow on 104,
00:09:39
if I go back on Outlook,
00:09:42
you can find it right here, Team Meeting, room 104.
00:09:48
So whenever I create a meeting on Teams, it will be on Outlook
00:09:52
and whenever I create a meeting on Outlook
00:09:55
it will be automatically on Teams.
00:10:00
Now we're going to talk about another subject.
00:10:04
So, let's go back on the Teams tab.
00:10:08
So...
00:10:10
We are going to find right here
00:10:08
So...
00:10:10
We are going to find right here
00:10:13
the option to create an instant meeting.
00:10:18
So how do we create an instant meeting?
00:10:21
I'm right here on Alpha 1, I have multiple possibilities.
00:10:24
First one, I'm here, on a channel and at the bottom
00:10:29
I will have right here a little button, Meet now.
00:10:33
Let's click on it.
00:10:35
I can add the subject.
00:10:37
So let's say, important.
00:10:41
And let's say...
00:10:45
Johnson Project.
00:10:49
I can click on Meet now to create an instant meeting,
00:10:53
but we'll see this afterwards.
00:10:55
I can Turn off or Turn on my camera if I have one
00:11:02
and I can Schedule a meeting.
00:11:03
If I click on Schedule a meeting, as you can see,
00:11:07
I have the same window as I had before.
00:11:10
I can schedule a normal meeting.
00:11:12
But it’s not what we want.
00:11:13
So let's go back on it.
00:11:17
Let's just call it Project 1
00:11:20
and if we can click on Meet now,
00:11:25
it will create an instant meeting.
00:11:28
We are going to talk about the instant meeting
00:11:30
a bit later in this session.
00:11:32
So let's close it for now.
00:11:36
After it, how to create another instant meeting is with,
00:11:42
let’s go back on the top, as you can see Laurent, right here.
00:11:45
If I put my mouse on his picture, I will have a little popup.
00:11:50
In this popup, I have right here, Audio Call
00:11:53
and Audio Call is an instant meeting, but with only one person.
00:11:57
If I click on it, as you can see, I'm calling her.
00:12:02
And of course, it is not available for now.
00:12:05
I'm on the Chat tab as you can see on the top left of the screen,
00:12:10
so Chat tab.
00:12:12
Once again, I have Laurent right here,
00:12:16
and on the bottom, on the top right,
00:12:19
we have the possibility to do another audio call.
00:12:23
And of course, as it was on the little popup with the picture,
00:12:28
I click an Audio Call and once again I'm calling him.
00:12:32
So it's another instant meeting.
00:12:35
Of course, it's also possible to do it from the mobile device.
00:12:40
We are going to see it on the PowerPoint presentation
00:12:42
a bit later in the session.
00:12:44
But yes, it's possible from the mobile device
00:12:47
to also create an Instant Meeting.
00:12:52
Now, we want to know how to join different meetings.
00:12:59
In Teams, on the Meeting tab, of course,
00:10:13
the option to create an instant meeting.
00:12:59
In Teams, on the Meeting tab, of course,
00:13:02
I would find all of my different meetings
00:13:05
and if I want to, I can join them.
00:13:09
As you can see, I'm on Team Meeting, which is tomorrow.
00:13:12
And on the top right, I have the Join button.
00:13:16
So Join button, if I click on it, as you can see, I have to choose
00:13:20
my audio and video settings, which we'll do
00:13:23
a bit later on this session and I will be able to join this meeting.
00:13:27
But we have many more possibilities to do that.
00:13:31
As you saw on Outlook, let's go back on it.
00:13:36
On Outlook, I have, for example, Team Meeting, right here.
00:13:39
And if I open it, automatically, I will have, as you can see right here,
00:13:44
join Microsoft Teams meeting.
00:13:47
And if I click on it, it will open.
00:13:50
I can do it right now.
00:13:52
I'll put it on the screen in a few seconds as well.
00:14:03
Let's not leave Outlook on the screen.
00:14:12
Okay, I am putting it on my main screen right now...
00:14:24
Right here.
00:14:25
And it's asking me if I want to download a Windows application,
00:14:30
if I want to stay on the web to join this meeting
00:14:33
and I just have to choose.
00:14:35
Either I use the Microsoft app or I want to go directly online.
00:14:43
And of course, everybody would be able to do that.
00:14:46
So of course, once again, it's a possibility from mobile devices
00:14:52
to be directly on Teams.
00:14:55
You click on your meeting, you click on Join the meeting
00:14:58
and you'll be on the audio and video feed, of course.
00:15:03
If there is any number or participant code to this meeting,
00:15:08
you can use your mobile device, or even let's say, Skype
00:15:13
or let’s say Teams to join the audio as well.
00:15:17
It's possible with the mobile devices as a phone
00:15:22
and not as a little computer in your pocket to join the meeting.
00:15:26
But there is a difference between Meeting and Call.
00:15:32
When you call someone, it's a private conversation.
00:15:34
It's between you and another person.
00:15:38
But when you are in a meeting, you have multiple people in it.
00:15:43
And as you can see, on the top right, you have the Join button because,
00:15:47
well, the meeting, we have to join a meeting.
00:15:49
And for a call, we just have to take or make a call.
00:15:53
Be careful.
00:15:55
It's possible to join a meeting on Teams with a phone call,
00:16:00
but it's not possible to join a phone call on Teams with your mobile.
00:16:06
It's, as you're on Teams or you are not, but for a simple call,
00:16:10
you'll have to be directly on Teams.
00:16:15
And of course, on Teams, it's possible to join a meeting
00:16:18
with different possibilities, different options.
00:16:21
It's not mandatory to be directly on Teams.
00:16:24
It can be on Outlook, it can be on your mobile device,
00:16:26
or, of course, you can be on Teams.
00:16:30
So now, what we want to see is what can we do during a meeting?
00:16:37
So during a meeting, let's go on a meeting to see it.
00:16:41
Let’s click on Join on the top right.
00:16:45
So right here, once again, choose your audio and video settings.
00:16:51
So I can click on Join Now to join the meeting.
00:16:54
I can turn it off or turn on my camera, my mic and I can, of course,
00:17:01
change my audio devices, my speaker, my microphone
00:17:04
and my camera once again.
00:17:07
At the bottom of the screen, I can see other Join option
00:17:12
and with it as you can see, prevent echo
00:17:17
when there is already an active mic and speaker in the room,
00:17:19
which means that I can talk with my mic,
00:17:24
but also I can just turn off the audio.
00:17:27
So I can hear everything with another mic and speaker
00:17:32
and I will prevent the echo by turning it off right here.
00:17:37
So now, let's click on Join Now to join this meeting.
00:17:44
I'm in the meeting.
00:17:46
Of course, I am alone because there is nobody else
00:17:48
on the meeting right now.
00:17:49
But when there will be people, even before they arrive,
00:17:55
I have multiple options.
00:17:57
So let's go on the top right, to begin with.
00:18:01
First thing, we have the full-screen mode.
00:18:03
If I click on it, well, as you can see I'm now in full screen.
00:18:07
I click on it once again.
00:18:10
I have the, as you can see on the left,
00:18:13
the little tabs from Teams that are back again.
00:18:17
After it, we have the meeting notes.
00:18:23
In the meeting notes, I would be able to find
00:18:26
the different notes that were taken during of before this meeting.
00:18:31
And of course, if I want I can click on the little plus button right here.
00:18:38
I can give a name to my notes, so Notes from the UK,
00:18:43
for example.
00:18:45
And I can put different information right here.
00:18:49
But it's not the only thing.
00:18:51
As you can see in the top, I have multiple options once again.
00:18:55
I can put my text in bold, in italic, underline it,
00:18:59
I can even highlight it, change the font colour,
00:19:03
change the font size, I can add bulleted lists
00:19:07
and numbered list.
00:19:10
I can put some quotes, insert links
00:19:15
and I can change my paragraph.
00:19:19
I can even add, let's go back on it, I can add pictures
00:19:23
and I can add a table.
00:19:26
As you can see, I add, quickly, a table.
00:19:34
I can put different information in it.
00:19:38
And once again, I can change the size, highlight, etc.
00:19:42
With the three little dots right here, I can copy this thing,
00:19:46
I can move my notes.
00:19:48
So let's go on Test 2 to see it.
00:19:52
Test 2 is the second, if I move it up, it would be the first.
00:19:59
Like this, I can change the place of it all.
00:20:04
And of course, I can delete it
00:20:07
and copy the link to send this note,
00:20:10
well, maybe I want to send it to someone.
00:20:14
After it, I would have the show conversation button.
00:20:18
In the show conversation button, I will find all of the little comments
00:20:23
that were under my meeting on the channel.
00:20:27
But also, I can find, as you can see, the notes, etc.
00:20:33
So I can add a reply, of course, once again on the bottom,
00:20:37
I can format it, attach some documents, add some emojis, add some gifs,
00:20:43
add some stickers and, of course, little (places).
00:20:47
So for example, let’s add quickly an emoji.
00:20:53
I click on Send and it will be on the conversation feed on the right.
00:20:57
But once again, if I go on the Teams tab,
00:21:01
we are on the different teams and in the channel,
00:21:04
I will find this little comment under my meeting.
00:21:12
Now let's show the participants.
00:21:16
I'm finding all the different participants right here.
00:21:18
But I can also invite some people.
00:21:21
Let's try to add Pierre, for example, I'm adding Pierre.
00:21:25
Of course, he is not online for now, but I can add him.
00:21:29
And so, I'd find the different persons
00:21:31
that are invited to this meeting
00:21:35
and in the top right, I have the Copy Join info.
00:21:39
So I can send a link to someone.
00:21:42
And by clicking on it, you will be able to join this meeting.
00:21:50
Then, of course, the settings of the device.
00:21:54
Well, set your devices, camera device and as you can see,
00:21:57
is a private viewing that allows the participants to move through
00:22:00
shared presentation on the right.
00:22:04
And lastly, we have the info panel.
00:22:06
But the info panel right here as you can see is disabled
00:22:09
by policies from my company.
00:22:11
So it would be on the Office 365 administrator to change this policy.
00:22:19
So we saw everything on the top right.
00:22:22
Now let's get back at the bottom.
00:22:25
At the bottom, to begin with, we are about to turn off the camera
00:22:29
once again, but also to turn on and turn off my microphone,
00:22:33
put it in mute.
00:22:35
After it, I will have the share tray.
00:22:39
So the share tray, what can I do with it?
00:22:42
To begin with, as you can see on the left, I am able to share
00:22:47
one of my screens, we have Screen 1 and Screen 2.
00:22:50
If I click on one of it, well, it will show it
00:22:53
to every attendee into this meeting.
00:22:57
But I can also only share a single window.
00:23:00
I don't want to share all of my desktops
00:23:02
with all of my information on it,
00:23:04
well, a mistake is quickly made,
00:23:06
so we never know.
00:23:08
But if I just choose Window, I can just share, for example,
00:23:13
a synopsis, a PowerPoint presentation, another window, as you can see,
00:23:18
I have Skype right here and Teams will only show this window
00:23:23
and nothing else.
00:23:25
If I close the window, if I minimise it,
00:23:28
it will show nothing else, only a black screen.
00:23:33
I can also on the right, right here,
00:23:35
just share a PowerPoint presentation.
00:23:39
So if I click on it, it's opening right now,
00:23:43
so it will take a few seconds.
00:23:49
As you can see, I have my PowerPoint presentation directly on the screen
00:23:54
and everybody is seeing it right now at the same time.
00:23:59
And at the bottom left, I can choose a slide.
00:24:03
I can prevent the participant
00:24:05
from moving through shared presentations on their own,
00:24:07
just have to click on it.
00:24:10
And then I have Stop presenting.
00:24:12
So if I click on Stop presenting, well, to stop the presentation.
00:24:19
Then on the right, we have two possibilities.
00:24:22
Microsoft's whiteboard and Freehand by Invision.
00:24:26
So I can't show them because I'm the only participant, this time.
00:24:30
So it will automatically close, well, once again, before,
00:24:33
I'm alone in this.
00:24:36
So first of all, the Microsoft whiteboard is quite similar
00:24:41
to what you are used to on Skype, for example.
00:24:47
You'd be able to write whatever you want, to draw some lines
00:24:52
in different colours, etc.
00:24:54
But we also have the Freehand by Invision.
00:24:58
So you have to sign up to Invision to use Freehand.
00:25:03
Freehand, once again is quite similar to what you are used to on Skype,
00:25:08
for example, once again, but also it will have a presenter mode.
00:25:13
So what is a presenter mode on Freehand?
00:25:17
Well, it will lock the video feed of all the participants
00:25:24
directly on your mouse.
00:25:26
So let's say, you have a big whiteboard.
00:25:32
On the top left, you are writing some information,
00:25:35
so everybody can see it.
00:25:37
But if you want to go on the far right, which is not even on the screen,
00:25:44
well automatically the camera, let's say,
00:25:47
the video feed of the attendees will follow your mouse across the page
00:25:53
on to the far right and they will see what and where you are writing.
00:25:59
So it would really follow your mouse whenever it goes
00:26:02
on the whiteboard and whatever you kind of write or add, or draw.
00:26:09
Well, they will see it directly.
00:26:12
They won't to have to search everywhere on the blank board to find it.
00:26:18
Well, they will just follow your mouse whenever it goes.
00:26:25
So, of course, during a team meeting, there are a lot of possibilities
00:26:31
to add information to your presentation, but also to have better collaboration.
00:26:38
But it's not all.
00:26:39
We have another thing to show.
00:26:43
Let's close this meeting.
00:26:46
When we go on the Teams tab,
00:26:49
right here you can see the Hello hall that is written just before.
00:26:54
And as I said it is directly into the comments section.
00:27:00
But if we go back to the meeting,
00:27:04
let's Join it.
00:27:08
Right here on the bottom right, we have more action.
00:27:14
So one of the actions that we can't see
00:27:16
because I do not have a video feed
00:27:18
is the blur video feed, which means, let's say,
00:27:22
you are, maybe, on the move, in a hotel or maybe
00:27:28
in another company working with some of the external colleagues.
00:27:32
You don't want, during a meeting, to show what is happening beside you.
00:27:38
So you can blur your own video feed, which means that automatically
00:27:46
and in live, Teams will find you, let's say, the human body
00:27:53
and also Teams will know what is not useful in this presentation.
00:27:57
So everybody is going to see you, well as clear as water
00:28:02
so as on any video feed, but everything that is beside you will be blurred
00:28:07
and you're going to see it on the PowerPoint presentation.
00:28:12
We have the keypad. So, the keypad, well, you know what it's used for.
00:28:16
You can compose different numbers and then call different people.
00:28:20
But you need a special licence for this.
00:28:24
You can start to record the video and audio feed.
00:28:28
So by clicking on it, you would record everything
00:28:31
that you can see on the screen right now and everything that you can hear.
00:28:36
And then turn off incoming videos.
00:28:39
Well, you don't want to see, let's say, you have ten people
00:28:42
on Teams with video cameras on.
00:28:44
You don't want to see everybody's faces.
00:28:47
Well, you just turn off the incoming video and then you will only see
00:28:54
what we have right now on the screen, but we have little bubbles
00:28:57
foreveryone on this meeting.
00:29:00
So we saw everything we wanted
00:29:05
to see about what we can do during a Team meeting.
00:29:11
But now, we have different Teams add-in.
00:29:15
So we already saw Outlook.
00:29:19
But there is one more, it's OneNote.
00:29:23
On the top right here, we have different tabs.
00:29:26
If I click on the Plus button, I will have another,
00:29:29
well another possibility.
00:29:31
As you can see, there are a lot of them, but on the top right,
00:29:34
we have OneNote.
00:29:35
So you may already know OneNote.
00:29:39
It's an application in which you can take different notes.
00:29:45
You can add it directly onto Teams and everybody in these teams,
00:29:52
right now we are in this one, well, everybody in it
00:29:57
will be able to open this OneNote
00:30:00
and write anything they want in it
00:30:03
and see everything that you have written, etc.
00:30:06
It will be a collaborative tool directly in Teams.
00:30:12
And of course, as you saw, there is a lot of applications
00:30:16
like that in Teams.
00:30:19
So now let's go back on the PowerPoint presentation.
00:30:24
So, to schedule a meeting, we have as well the meeting tab.
00:30:29
We can see in Agenda view or Day view,
00:30:32
we have the New live event to do a live event.
00:30:36
And it's like an accept, decline or maybe be here in a meeting.
00:30:43
Of course, we also have different ways to communicate instantly.
00:30:48
We have the phone calls, and also a little popup to find it.
00:30:53
And also the Instant Meeting and as you can see on Teams
00:30:57
on mobile devices, I can make a call just by selecting someone.
00:31:03
To join meetings, well, from the meeting tab,
00:31:06
from the mobile app but also from Outlook.
00:31:10
As you can see on the mobile app, well,
00:31:13
we will find all my different meetings, I just have to press Join to join that.
00:31:19
And during meetings, we have different tools available.
00:31:23
So is the sharing tray, we have the shared notebook,
00:31:25
a record or blur network video streams and last chat.
00:31:29
As you can see right here for the blurring,
00:31:32
well we can see the trainer right here, but we can see whatever is behind him.
00:31:39
We can see colours, we can see…
00:31:41
Maybe a dog but we don't really know.
00:31:44
If you have questions, do not hesitate.
00:31:48
I will answer them.
00:31:49
And if you don't have any questions, do not forget to go directly
00:31:54
into the training platform to evaluate this session.
00:31:57
Of course, I thank you for being here today.
00:32:00
Put it to good use and I hope to see you in another training session.
00:29:05
to see about what we can do during a Team meeting.
00:30:29

00:30:32
we have the New live event to do a live event.

00:30:43

00:30:48

00:30:53
And also the Instant Meeting and as you can see on Teams
00:30:57

00:31:25

00:31:29
As you can see right here for the blurring,
00:31:32
well we can see the trainer right here, but we can see whatever is behind him.
00:31:39
We can see colours, we can see…
00:31:41
Maybe a dog but we don't really know.

00:31:49
