Training Theme

Among the many tools offered by your Microsoft 365 suite of applications, you can find Microsoft OneDrive. It's an individual cloud storage space, linked to your Microsoft account. It not only allows you to store your documents online in the cloud, so that you can always access them on your computer, but also from your mobile from the moment you have a connection.

It is also very useful for you to share large files with your collaborators. You can also use Microsoft OneDrive to collaborate with them on Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft PowerPoint documents, at the same time and without losing any changes, thanks to the different sharing options.

Learn more about Microsoft OneDrive

Microsoft OneDrive cloud storage allows you to upload even the largest documents to your personal space. You can organize and store your files as you like. You also have control over your folders and files to delete, duplicate or any other editing and moving action just like on your personal or work computer.

Syncing between Microsoft OneDrive and your computer can be done by selecting certain files or even syncing your entire library. This allows you to access all your synchronized documents from any device with an internet connection. With the Microsoft OneDrive mobile app, you can take your documents with you anywhere.

By hosting or creating your files directly on Microsoft OneDrive, you also save space on your computer's hard drive.

Once on your OneDrive, you have the option to share documents with people inside or outside your company, whether it is to work as a team on the same version of the document or for simple read access. You can further manage permissions in real time and avoid email exchanges with different versions of the same document. The version history shows all your document’s recent changes, the ones made by you or by other coworkers with access to the document.

You can manage access to your shared folders and documents and password protect them to prevent information leakage; Microsoft OneDrive secures your data.

The OneDrive Cloud is highly nested with the Microsoft 365 suite and allows you to create your office documents directly in your storage space or from apps such as Excel, Word or PowerPoint.
