Who can register for the Office 365 training portal ?
The Office 365 training portal is accessible to anyone who owns a Office 365 account and wants to train at their own pace through various resources (webconference, usage situations, tutorials).
How do I register for the platform?
To access the training resources, you must create an account on the Office 365 training portal.
To do so, simply click on Se connecter at the top right of the platform.
You can log in with your Office 365 account, LinkedIn account or with a professional email address.
Fill in the few fields related to your profile and start your training by browsing the platform and its various resources about Office 365 applications.
While many resources are available offline, connecting to the MOOC Office 365 will allow you to memorize your learning paths, access live training session, interact with our trainers, become a member of the MOOC O365 Yammer network and get badges.
When can I access the platform?
You can log in to the platform whenever you want and follow the courses that interest you in the order you want. The Office 365 training portal allows you to get trained on Office 365 applications at your own pace.
What does Free and Paid mean?
Free and Paid mentions are visible on the various resources available on the platform.
Free means that the resource is free and unlimitedly accessible. If the resource has a Paid mention, you must have a MOOC Office 365 Business license to access the courses.
Be careful, the Business license is different from the Microsoft license you own. Under no circumstances will your Microsoft license give you access to content requiring a business license on the platform.

What is a live training session?
Live training sessions allow you to follow the training ofyour choice, without having to travel.
It gives you the opportunity to exchange with our expert Office 365 solutions trainers and other participants in a live training session.
The duration of a live training session is 45 minutes. You will only need a computer connected to the Internet and a phone to join the session.
How to follow a live training session?
To follow a live training session, simply choose a course and then choose the session date that suits you best.
Once registered, you will receive a confirmation by email. A reminder email will then be sent to you before the session.
And finally, an email will be sent to you with the information you need to log in.
You can find your upcoming sessions at any time in your account on the platform. Please note that login to follow the live session will only appear 10min before the beginning of the training session. To join the session and the trainer, click on the link in the email and dial the number and participant code indicated.
How does the dashboard work?
To access the dashboard, simply click on "My account" at the top right of the platform.
This dashboard gives you a complete overview of your profile, your number of badges, your license type, your past and upcoming live training sessions and the sessions to be evaluated.
How do badges work?
There are 3 skill levels on the MOOC Office 365: Gold, Silver, Bronze.
These 3 levels correspond to your progress on the training platform and the number of courses/use case scenarios/tutorials you have viewed and the number of live training sessions you have attended.
