How to create an account to access the platform?
To access our content, we advise you to create an account on the MOOC Office 365 platform. To do so, click on “Log in" at the top right of the homepage. You can log in with your Office 365 account or a professional email address. Fill in the fields related to your profile and start your training by browsing the platform and its various resources about the Office 365 suite. Many resources are available offline, but when you log in to MOOC Office 365 you can save your learning paths, access web conferences, interact with our trainers, become a member of the Yammer MOOC Office 365 network and earn badges.
When is the platform accessible?
You can log in to the platform whenever you want and take courses in whatever order. With MOOC Office 365, you can learn about Office 365 applications at your own pace, anywhere.
What do Freemium and Business mean?
The Freemium and Business labels are visible on the resources available on the MOOC Office 365 platform. Freemium means that the resource is available for free and access is unlimited. If the resource is labeled Business, a MOOC Office 365 Business license is required to have unlimited access to all the resources available.
WWhat is the difference between MOOC Office 365 Business and Microsoft licenses?
Microsoft Office 365 Business licenses grant the right to install and use Microsoft Office applications as well as file storage and sharing solutions. These licenses are related to tools provided by Microsoft only. Access to the MOOC Office 365 platform is therefore not included.

What are web conferences?
Web conferences enable you to attend a training on the course of your choice, without having to travel. They give you the opportunity to interact with our expert trainers on Office 365 solutions and with other participants. Web conferences last approximately 45 minutes. All you need is a computer connected to the Internet!
How to attend web conferences?
To attend a web conference, select a course and select the session date that suits you. Once registered, you will receive a registration confirmation email. A reminder email will then be sent to you before the session. Finally, an email with the information to join the session will be sent to you on the day of the session. You can view your upcoming sessions at any time in your dashboard. Please note that the session login information will only appear 10 minutes before the web conference begins. To join the session and the trainer, click on the link in your MOOC Office 365 personal space or in the email you received and enter the indicated number and member code.
How do badges work?
There are 3 skill levels on the MOOC Office 365 platform: Gold, Silver and Bronze. These 3 levels show your progress on the training platform. In each course, you accumulate points and earn badges when viewing use case scenarios and tutorials, and when attending web conferences.
