As a reminder, Microsoft Yammer is a private company internal social network used worldwide. We can use it on all devices (laptop, tablet or smartphone).
It allows teams to organize themselves into groups and facilitate collaboration and exchange. Yammer prioritizes the sharing of information and documents. It is therefore easy to quickly search for an available file in the network.
This social network allows you to ask questions through groups or private messaging. Moreover, you can invite people from outside your organization such as clients, partners or suppliers to broaden your exchanges.
Yammer’s feed allows you to keep up to date with the latest news and information. Besides, by clicking on a group you will only find information and documents related to it. Communication is easier, and everyone can give their opinion though likes, comments and sharing.
To conclude, Yammer is a way to engage, involve and integrate employees within the organization.
