Make it easier to present your company with organizational charts!

Beforehand, know that this organizational chart can be done just as well from Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint, or Microsoft Outlook.

Step 1: The "SmartArt"

Once in your document, go to the "Insert" tab, then click on the "SmartArt" button to discover all the available schematic and organizational chart templates.

Step 2: Choose your SmartArt template

A window will open, offering you the opportunity to choose the model you prefer among all the models proposed.

To find the organizational charts, go to the "Hierarchy" category in the left column.

Once you have selected your template, click on "OK" at the bottom right of the window.

Step 3: Insert the text

Your organization chart will now appear on your page. All you have to do is write the text you want by clicking on the colored boxes or by inserting it in the window opened on the left.

From now on, presenting the organizational structure as well as the different actors present in your company is child's play.
